It’s time for Advent Health Apopka’s Better Breathers meeting and we can’t wait to see you again!

The date is Friday, October 7^th, 2022 from 1 pm to 2:30 pm.

For those who are new to Better Breathers, it is an educational support group meeting.  During a meeting, we usually have a light snack and have a guest speaker that addresses a topic that is apropos for those living with lung disease, and then end with a game and a prize winner.

But to say that is all there is to Better Breathers would be such an injustice.  It is a time of connecting, enjoyment and laughter, refocusing on what really matters, sharing with and learning from others, becoming more aware and able to address your lung condition, and an excellent resource in your life’s journey.
